Aird transcriptions (vols 2 & 3)

Beamings do not appear to be consistent in the original, so I haven't
attempted to reproduce them.

Repeat markings also don't appear to be consistent - a 'A part :: B part |]'
construction is very common. I have assumed a 2nd part repeat or not,
depending on relative lengths. In vol 3 I've noted this in N:, for vol 2 I
haven't. (looking back on this in Dec. '06, I regret this. I now think it
would have been better to leave them all as they were. Perhaps I'll re-do
this at some point, but no-one hold their breath).
